Who we are

ClickBina (“we”, “us”) operates clickbina.com, a renovation and waterproofing contractor website serving Kuala Lumpur and Selangor, Malaysia. You can reach us on WhatsApp at 019-481 1052.

What data this site collects

clickbina.com is a static informational website. We do not offer user accounts, and our pages do not submit your personal data to our servers. The data processing that does happen:

• Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use GA4 to understand which guides people read and how visitors find us. GA4 sets cookies and collects device and usage data (pages viewed, approximate location, device type). We do not send GA4 your name or contact details.
• Advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). Our pages include the Meta (Facebook) Pixel so we can measure whether our Facebook ads bring visitors. Meta sets cookies and receives page-view and click events under its own privacy policy.
• Hosting & security (Cloudflare). Our site is served through Cloudflare, which processes IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site.
• WhatsApp contact. Quote requests happen through WhatsApp: when you tap a WhatsApp button, a message is pre-filled (including the page you came from) in your WhatsApp app — nothing is sent until you press send. Anything you send us on WhatsApp (name, address, photos of your leak or renovation) is received in our business WhatsApp and used only to respond to your enquiry and carry out the work you request.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, prepare quotations, carry out contracted work, improve our guides, and measure our advertising. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing messages to people who have merely visited the website.

Your rights (PDPA)

Under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010, you may ask us what personal data we hold about you (typically your WhatsApp conversation and any project records), ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we have no continuing legal or contractual need to keep it. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Managing cookies

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site works fine without them. You can also opt out of GA4 via Google’s browser add-on and manage Meta’s tracking in your Facebook ad preferences.
