• Drop and width. Floor-to-ceiling windows in high-rise condos with 2.8–3.5 m drops use significantly more fabric than standard 2.2 m drop openings. Measure accurately before quoting.
• Track system. A manual track is RM30–RM80/window; a motorised system adds RM400–RM1,000/window. The track cost is often underestimated when homeowners budget for curtains.
