Fabric care is priced by the piece, so the calculator simply counts what you have. Upholstery goes by the seat: RM30–RM60 per seat for a fabric sofa and RM40–RM80 per seat for leather, which is cleaned and then conditioned. An L-shaped or large sectional is RM200–RM400, a single armchair or recliner RM40–RM90 and fabric dining chairs RM15–RM30 each — a typical 3–5 seater set lands around RM150–RM300.
Mattresses are priced by size: RM60–RM100 for a single or super single, RM90–RM150 for a queen, RM120–RM190 for a king and RM40–RM70 for a baby cot mattress. Carpet is priced by the area cleaned: RM1.50–RM3 per sq ft for wall-to-wall carpet by hot-water extraction, RM60–RM120 for a small area rug and RM120–RM280 for a large one. Doing several items in one visit usually brings the per-item price down, which the low end of each range reflects.
