Epoxy flooring is priced per square foot of finished area, and the system you choose sets the rate: a basic roll-on epoxy coating at RM6–RM10 per sq ft, a self-levelling system at RM10–RM18, metallic or 3D epoxy at RM18–RM28, a decorative flake system at RM14–RM22 and anti-slip epoxy for wet areas at RM10–RM16. If the floor is outdoors or gets direct sun — a car porch, a driveway, a shop front by the glass — standard epoxy yellows. Tick the outdoor option to add a UV-stable aliphatic polyurethane or polyaspartic topcoat at RM3–RM5 per sq ft across the same area.
