Estimate a TV feature wall budget — choose the design, then add storage, framing, lighting or a motorised lift. Indicative 2026 Klang Valley ranges from our TV feature wall cost guide, shown as a range.

The built-in cabinet wall already includes shelves, lower cabinets, the TV recess and its framing.
A full-height unit is a floor-to-ceiling carpentry job about 3–4 m wide.
A TV feature wall is priced as a design, so the calculator starts from the range for the one you pick: a plywood panel with a painted accent is RM2,500–RM5,000, a wallpaper feature wall RM600–RM2,500 for the wallpaper alone, a laminate or HPL panel wall RM4,000–RM9,000, a PU 3D panel wall RM3,500–RM8,000, a false wall with built-in cabinets RM8,000–RM16,000, and a stone or porcelain cladding wall RM10,000–RM25,000+.
Storage is the biggest swing. Open display shelves add RM1,500–RM4,000, base cabinets under the TV add RM2,000–RM6,000 for a 2–3 m run, and a full-height built-in unit is RM8,000–RM18,000. A plywood false wall to recess the TV and hide the cables adds RM1,000–RM4,000; lighting and concealed power points add RM500–RM3,000; a motorised lift that hides the TV adds RM3,000–RM8,000. The built-in cabinet design already includes its own storage and framing, so those lines are not added twice.
The ranges come from our TV feature wall cost guide. Most walls combine a panel finish with some storage and lighting, and that combination is where quotes differ. We supply and install wall panels and recommend a finish by budget and use case; WhatsApp ClickBina a photo of the wall and its width for a flat price with no hidden charges. Estimate = design range + storage range (not for the built-in cabinet design) + RM1,000–RM4,000 (framing, not for the built-in cabinet design) + RM500–RM3,000 (lighting and power points) + RM3,000–RM8,000 (motorised lift). Low and high ends are added separately.
| Factor | How it changes your quote |
|---|---|
| Cladding | Paint and laminate are the budget end; porcelain, stone and timber veneer can double or triple the panel cost. |
| Storage | Cabinets are usually the biggest single line once the wall includes closed storage. |
| Framing | A false wall is needed for a flush TV and hidden cables; it adds carpentry before any finish goes on. |
| Lighting and power | Cove strips, downlights and concealed TV points add wiring work. |
| Wall width | A wider wall needs more panel, longer cabinets and more lighting. |
| Concealed extras | Motorised lifts and full AV conduit are premium items; decide early so the framing allows for them. |
