Wall panels are sold in two ways: some finishes are published per 100 sq ft of finished wall, others per sq ft installed. The calculator keeps each figure in the unit our guides publish it in. Factory-made fluted MDF is RM2,000–RM3,500 per 100 sq ft wall, a site-built rubberwood or meranti slat wall is RM3,000–RM5,000, and solid teak or premium timber slat is RM4,500–RM6,000+. Per sq ft installed, laminate or HPL on plywood is RM30–RM60, PU 3D panels are RM20–RM50, timber veneer is RM50–RM120, porcelain tile cladding is RM40–RM100 and marble or natural stone is RM80–RM200+. Wallpaper at RM5–RM15 is listed only so you can compare.
Two extras are added when the design needs them. A plywood false wall that builds the surface out to hide conduit or create a recess adds RM1,000–RM4,000. Lighting — cove strips, recessed downlights — and concealed power points add RM500–RM3,000 depending on how much is involved. For WPC, PS, PVC or SPC panels, UV marble sheet and acoustic panels our guides publish no rate, so the calculator does not invent one: it hands you straight to WhatsApp.

Fluted MDF and timber slat: estimate = (wall area ÷ 100) × the range per 100 sq ft wall. Laminate, PU 3D, veneer, porcelain, marble and wallpaper: estimate = wall area × the range per sq ft installed. Then + RM1,000–RM4,000 for a plywood build-out and + RM500–RM3,000 for lighting and concealed power points. Low and high ends are added separately.
