First, soft close throughout, and not as a comfort feature — in shared use nobody closes a door gently, and the damper is what stops the repeated shock that loosens hinge screws and eventually tears cups out of the board. The sink is the reason a pantry needs coordination rather than just carpentry. It requires a cold water supply, usually a hot supply or a boiling-water tap, a waste connection with a trap, and a power point — and in a fitted-out office floor none of those may exist where you want the pantry.
